The personal information we collect from you is only used to process your order and to provide you with customer service. The financial information that is collected is only used to bill you for products and services. Customers email addresses will never be sold to any third party.
Chairs
We understand that choosing furniture online can be a difficult thing to do, this is why we offer a Sixty Day Guarantee. If for any reason you need to return your chair, call our toll-free number (866.868.5617) for your return authorization number (RA). Though many of our products are offered with free shipping. Be aware that when an item is returned we will deduct our outbound shipping costs from your refund. You are also responsible for any charges incurred while shipping the merchandise back to us. We require all returns to be in the original condition and packaging. Any returns of more than five chairs are subject to a thirty-five percent restocking fee upon receipt. If a product arrives to you damaged, or an error was made on our behalf, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will cover the return shipping charges. If you decide you do not want replacement parts or an exchange, the item will be accepted in accordance with our standard return policy.
All Other Products
EnvyOffice's 60 day return policy only applies to our office chairs. Under no circumstances will www.EnvyOffice.com accept the return of any product other than office chairs. If you have a problem with a product and the manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take returns then you will need to send the product back to the manufacturer. However you will be held responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees that my be incurred.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.
We offer free shipping for most products that are being shipped within the continental United States. The majority of orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged a standard $75 per chair, however a few items require additional charges. Orders that must be shipped via freight are shipped "tailgate". Lift-gate Service will require additional charges. Many of our items are shipped assembled. Delivery is limited to your building "Inside Delivery" is not included. Many of our chairs ship Freight Free and the chairs that have no shipping charges are specifically tagged "Free Shipping". If a item is not tagged "Free Shipping" then a customer service representative will generally contact you concerning your freight charges within 1 business day. At this point you will be able to express whether or not to pay the freight charges. There are some categories in which the majority of items have free shipping. Some shipments may not be able to be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight charges that were incurred by returned shipments for this purpose. We reserve the right to directly bill you for any shipping charges from refused shipments. We also reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses at the time your order was placed. We are unable to refund Shipping Charges for any reason.
International shipping is currently only available to Canada, international shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. Generally orders to Canada will be charged standard $100 per item shipping, however in some rare cases shipping to Canada may incur additional charges. In these cases a representative will contact you before processing your order so that you can either accept or reject the charges. The Consumer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that may result from placing online purchases.
